I get a format error that the head drive is in use. I can't seem to get the drives to stripe and format. Regards, Webmaster

Try this: 1. Within RAID Toolbox, delete (destroy) the array. 2. In RAID Toolbox's Drive column right click one of the drives, choose the format using default settings (Quick Format) and format the drive. This wll do a quick lower level format and not a system level format. 3. Do the same for the other drive or drives that are a part of you intended array. 4. Reboot your PC. 5. Run RAID Toolbox and set up the stripe as usual. Nothing should be accessing these drives at this point other than RAID Toolbox. Regards, Webmaster
